Captive forging unit
Sansera has two captive forging units.
Gearock Forge Pvt Ltd & Fitwel Tools & Forgings(P) Ltd.
Both the Companies have State of the art facility with Induction heating of billets for temperature consistency, Continuous type normalizing furnace.

Gearock has recently installed New press line of 1000 tons and has ordered a line of 2000 tons for the forging of precision jobs.

Manufacturing Plants in Chakan and Panthanagar have forging presses of 1,600 Ton capacity.

Land
Sansera has 22610 sq mts. of unutilized land for new projects in Bommasandra Industrial Area.

Power
Sansera has 1 MW captive power generation plant as backup. Except electro plating all other facilities are maintained in-house.
